1. The event organisers / IMEI Chennai reserves the right to make necessary changes to event or the conference as they deem fit.
2. Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the content on this website, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes.
3. In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised to verify/check with the WMTC24 secretariat and to obtain appropriate professional advice.
4. Under no circumstances WMTC24 will be liable for any expense, loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website.
5. Every effort will be made to keep the technology conference presentations and speakers as represented. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution or rescheduling or cancellation of presentation topics and/or speakers.
6. Incomplete registrations and forms will not be accepted without payment completion.
7. Delegate Registrations will be confirmed only after payment is received in full. Payment in parts will not be accepted.
8. If the case of event or the technology conference is abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part by reason of any un foreseen circumstances like war, fire, national emergency, labour dispute, strike, lock out, civil disturbance, inevitable accident, acts of God or any other cause not within the control of the IMEI or event organisers, the organisers shall be under no liability to the delegate in respect to any actions, claims, losses including consequential losses, costs or expenses whatever which may be brought against or suffered or incurred by the delegate.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian Laws. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
